Zach Gerhardt is currently a Vice President at CAC Specialty for their Private Equity, Human Capital Risk team. He has spent the entirety of his career in the employee benefits field. He attended Capital University for his undergraduate degree and the University of Lynchburg Virginia for his Master’s in Health Benefit Design. He has a published book on Stop Loss Insurance and taught graduate level courses on employee benefits locally. Prior to his involvement with the Short North Stage, Zach served on the boards of The Starfish Alliance and See Kids Dream. Zach has always sung and continues to sing in choir at Capital University. He also dedicates a great deal of time helping high schools and community theatres with their theatrical productions. Zach loves theatre and works to make it sustainable for everyone to experience – whether on the stage or in the audience.
